2026 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival: Food Guide
The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is back, and the 2026 edition might be the tastiest one yet. Running March 6 through April 27, 2026, the festival transforms Disney California Adventure into a California culinary showcase with marketplace booths, craft beverages, live entertainment, and chef-led demonstrations.
This year's festival leans into California-inspired flavors with a mix of brand-new dishes and returning favorites spread throughout the park. New dishes include Chicharrón Nachos, Ramen Mac & Cheese, and an Ube Latte with Matcha Foam, while returning crowd-pleasers like the Junior LA Street Dog, Asian Street Burrito, and Strawberry Horchata are back by popular demand.
Eight festival marketplace booths offer small plates highlighting California-grown ingredients, and DCA eateries and food stands — as well as Downtown Disney restaurants — will also serve festival fare. Booths offer appetizer-sized portions of dishes alongside cocktails, craft beer, and wine.
Planning to eat your way through the festival? The Sip & Savor Pass is the most efficient way to do it. Two options are available: eight item credits for $64, or four item credits for $34. Magic Key holders can get the eight-item pass for $59 with a valid pass and photo ID. The pass covers select food and non-alcoholic beverages at the festival marketplaces and participating dining locations.
Beverage Education Seminars run every Saturday and Sunday from March 7 through April 26 at Sonoma Terrace, where expert winemakers and Disney mixologists guide guests through 30–40 minutes of tasting experiences. Reservations are required. Complimentary culinary demonstrations also take place on weekends at the Hollywood Backlot Stage — no reservations needed.
Don't miss Chef Goofy, who is all dressed up and ready to meet guests throughout the festival run. And Soarin' Over California returns during the event for fans of the original California version of the ride.
