Universal Studios Hollywood has revealed Murder of Crowz, a new scare zone built around a flock of crows defending its nest, as the final addition to the Halloween Horror Nights 2026 lineup.
The zone brings the event to six scare zones in total, spread across the park's streets and stairways. Halloween Horror Nights runs September 3 through November 1, 2026 on select nights, starting at 7 p.m. Universal laid out the full lineup on its official Discover Universal blog.
Here is the full slate in reverse announcement order, starting with the most recent reveal:

Murder of Crowz is the newest scare zone announced for the 2026 event, and it leans on a simple, nasty idea: you have wandered into territory that is not yours.
Universal's official description sets the scene: "You've foolishly ventured into a massive crow's nest. Now the flock will defend its territory by descending upon you in a feathered rage."
A few things worth noting about the concept:
Universal has not shared a specific street location for the zone yet.

Shriek of the Banshee was announced just ahead of Murder of Crowz and takes a classic carnival sideshow angle.
Universal describes it this way: "Follow your curiosity through the fog and stumble upon this sideshow featuring the strange, the unnatural and the deadly."
Expect heavy fog, oddity-show staging, and the kind of barker-and-curiosity setup that gives scare actors room to work a crowd slowly instead of rushing it.

Blood Bog trades the pavement for swampland. Per Universal: "Deep in the murky swampland lies a mysterious bog. It's dark. It's damp. And it's a hotbed for beastly creatures that will make your blood run cold."
What that suggests for the street:

Hackerz is the chainsaw zone, and Universal is upfront that seeing it coming will not save you. The official description warns that you can spot these characters from a mile away and still will not stand a chance against a band of chainsaw-swinging freaks.
Chainsaw gangs are a Halloween Horror Nights staple for a reason. The sound carries across the park, so this one tends to shape how the surrounding streets feel even when you are not standing in it.

El Circo de la Muerte is the traveling circus zone. Universal's description: "This traveling circus is host to all sorts of atrocious acts, from the mind-bending to the monstrous. Come see for yourself and you'll leave forever changed."
It is one of two clown-adjacent draws at the 2026 event, alongside the returning Killer Klowns From Outer Space haunted house, so guests with a clown problem should plan their route carefully.

FORTNITEMARES was the first scare zone announced for 2026 and is the only one tied to an outside property. Universal describes it as dropping guests "into the chaos of FORTNITEMARES," with "fearsome foes as the Storm spreads, unleashing a terrifying new world full of unsettling surprises."
Key details:
Scare zones are free-roaming streets between the houses, so you hit them whether you plan to or not. That matters at Hollywood, where the park layout funnels guests through a handful of paths between the upper lot, the lower lot, and the Terror Tram.
The rest of the 2026 lineup includes:
With Murder of Crowz confirmed, Universal has now revealed all six scare zones for Halloween Horror Nights 2026. Still unannounced are the specific street locations for each zone, the full calendar of operating nights, and any late additions Universal tends to hold back until closer to opening night.
