The most delicious celebration of the year returns to Disney California Adventure as the Lunar New Year festivities usher in the Year of the Snake from January 17 to February 16, 2025. This vibrant month-long celebration brings together the rich culinary traditions of Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese cultures, offering guests an unforgettable feast for all senses.

Food lovers will be delighted to see the return of fan-favorite dishes like the aromatic Garlic Noodles and the delightfully sweet Strawberry Milk Tea Macaron. Adding excitement to this year's menu are innovative new offerings, including the bold and flavorful Spicy Gochujang Chicken Tacos and the Instagram-worthy Snake Sourdough Bread, perfectly themed for the Year of the Snake.

Six themed marketplaces – Bamboo Blessings, Longevity Noodle Co., Lucky 8 Lantern, Prosperity Bao & Buns, Red Dragon Spice Traders, and Wrapped with Love – will transport guests on a culinary journey through various Asian cuisines. Each marketplace offers unique dishes that showcase traditional flavors with Disney's creative twist.

For the ultimate foodie experience, guests can purchase the Sip and Savor Pass, which provides excellent value for sampling multiple dishes throughout the festival. This year's passes feature three stunning collectible designs by artist Ann Shen, celebrating Chinese, Vietnamese, and Korean cultures with beloved Disney characters in culturally-inspired attire.
