AAPI Month at Disneyland
Though Disney hasn't published an official AAPI Month Foodie Guide for 2025, there are still plenty of delicious treats to discover across the resort in celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month this May. This annual celebration honors the rich contributions, culture, and history of AAPI communities in the United States. Visitors can enjoy new offerings like the Ube Cake Flan at Cocina Cucamonga and Matcha Ice Cream at Cozy Cone in California Adventure, or try the Lychee-Strawberry Green Tea at Little Red Wagon and Matcha Float at Tropical Hideaway in Disneyland Park.
The popular Thai Tea Slushy returns to Bengal Barbecue, and year-round options like the Tonkotsu Ramen at Trader Sam's provide additional ways to celebrate the rich culinary heritage of AAPI cultures during your visit. These limited-time offerings showcase the vibrant flavors and traditions that make Asian American and Pacific Islander cuisines so beloved.
With the launch of the new Matcha Soft Serve at Cozy Cone and the Matcha Float at Tropical Hideaway, I'm designating this summer as Matcha Summer.
