Sangria University at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is a specialized table-service dining experience focusing on the art of sangria. Located within the Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park area, this $$$$ establishment offers an in-depth, 90-minute course led by professionals who discuss the history and reveal the recipes behind the four in-house sangria varieties served at Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood. Participants sample each sangria and create their own custom glass using a selection of fresh fruits and base spirits, accompanied by a light appetizer.
