Disneyland Resort is marking 626 Day with a new Tropical Stitch straw clip. It's $8.99 and available starting Friday, June 26, 2026.

What Is 626 Day?

June 26 (6/26) is the unofficial Stitch holiday, named for the character's experiment designation in Lilo & Stitch — Experiment 626. Disney treats it as a fan celebration along the lines of Star Wars Day on May 4, with themed merchandise and food appearing across the parks and the Disney Store. The Tropical Stitch straw clip is one of this year's park-exclusive tie-ins.

Pirates of the Caribbean Reopens the Same Day

The straw clip isn't the only reason to be in the parks on June 26. Pirates of the Caribbean returns from refurbishment that same day, after closing May 4. The reopening lands just ahead of the busy July 4th week.
