Big Thunder Mountain, a Haunted Mansion Skull, and More Disney Park Props Will Be Auctioned at D23

D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event returns to the Anaheim Convention Center on August 14–16, 2026, and the shopping floor may be the busiest ticket of the whole weekend. Between limited-edition pins that debut daily, decommissioned ride parts turned into bags, and exclusive collections you can't buy anywhere else, the merchandise lineup is deep, and the lines can be long.
Here's the full rundown of where to shop, what's exclusive, and exactly how the virtual queue and mobile checkout systems work so you spend less time waiting and more time buying.
D23 runs Friday, August 14 through Sunday, August 16, 2026 at the Anaheim Convention Center. Most shopping venues use a virtual queue rather than a standby line, and nearly every location is cashless. Plan on paying with a card, contactless payment, or the Disneyland Resort app — cash is not accepted at most booths.
Merchandise is subject to stock limits, and many stores release a new pin catalog every single day of the event. If a specific pin or collection matters to you, plan to join the queue early on the day it drops.

The D23 Marketplace is the main shopping floor and the first stop for most fans. This year it features curated collections including the Princess Diaries 25th Anniversary Collection and a range of Star Wars merchandise.
Two new additions stand out. A dedicated Pin Store debuts limited-edition pins daily, and new photobooths and medallion machines let you create personalized products on the spot. The Marketplace runs on a virtual queue and accepts cashless payments only.

The Disney Store booth leans into special-edition collaborations you won't find at a regular mall location. Highlights include Disney x Formula 1, the Blooms by Disney floral line, exclusive plush, and a first look at a new SkinnyDip London collaboration.
There are interactive touches too, including a life-size claw machine photo moment and a Disney Artist meet-and-greet. The artist meet-and-greet requires pre-registration through the D23 app by July 24, so handle that before the event if you want in. While supplies last, the booth also hands out free limited-release tote bags and stickers.
If a line is too long, you can shop by QR code and have items shipped home through DisneyStore.com. And if you miss something entirely, keep reading — select Disney Store items come back online after the event.

Spread across two locations, The Walt Disney Company Store is home to the official D23 logo collection, featuring collaborations with RSVLTS, Nike, and Loungefly. You'll also find Epic Rivals animated collections and items themed to Walt Disney Studios landmarks.
The most talked-about drop is the HARVEYS collection, which repurposes decommissioned seatbelts from Soarin' Over California into bags — a genuine piece of ride history you can carry. There's also a Suite 3H collection inspired by Walt Disney's historic office.
A dedicated PIN Store here sells mystery boxes and framed pin sets, with physical registers available specifically for pin frame purchases. This store uses a virtual queue on Friday only, then switches to standby on Saturday and Sunday.

Mickey's of Glendale brings merchandise straight from the Walt Disney Imagineering campus store. Expect exclusive pins and assortments designed by Imagineers, plus a dedicated Mickey's of Glendale Pin Store stocked with new limited-edition pins.

New this year, Disney .YNSD offers contemporary streetwear that blends the design culture of Walt Disney Imagineering with apparel and accessories built around layered storytelling. It operates on a virtual queue.

Also new, Disney Studio Store Hollywood carries Hollywood-inspired apparel and accessories, including an El Capitan Theatre Centennial Celebration collection. Like the Marketplace, it releases limited-edition pins daily and runs on a virtual queue.

Part bookstore, part café, Disney Publishing Books & Brew offers first-to-market books, graphic novels, autobiographies, and guidebooks, along with collectible "bookccessories," Tarot decks, and Book Nook kits.
The "sip & shop" setup pairs shopping with a Disneyland Resort coffee blend from Joffrey's Coffee & Tea Co., and there are author book signings throughout the weekend, plus gift-with-purchase items from Penguin Random House. Most of the store uses a standard queue, with a virtual queue for select signings.

For serious collectors, The Disney Experiences Auction – Rare and Remarkable Finds debuts on Sunday, August 16, both in person and online through Heritage Auctions. Lots include rare props, artwork, and themed items pulled from Parks, Resorts, and Disney Cruise Line ships.
You can preview lots all weekend via a standby queue. Online bidding registration is open ahead of time, and in-person live bidding registration happens at the showroom. Note that all auction sales are final — no refunds or exchanges.
Beyond Disney's own stores, a wide slate of third-party vendors sell at the event, including Loungefly (mini backpacks and pins), Spirit Jerseys (Star Wars and Disney designs), Little Words Project, Citizen watches, Just Play, Wizards of the Coast, Topps, NECA, KidRobot, and Enesco, Pandora, Crocs, Her Universe, BoxLunch, Girls Crew, and RSVLTS.
Card and game collectors should find Ravensburger's booth, which carries the limited-edition 2026 D23 Disney Lorcana Collection and a Winnie the Pooh – Hunny Wizard Premium Foil Playmat.
Most shopping at D23 runs through a virtual queue you join in the Disney D23 app or the Disneyland Resort app. Here's what to know:
Because pin catalogs refresh daily, joining right at 6 a.m. on the day a collection drops gives you the best shot at the new releases.
D23 offers two app-based ways to pay so you're not stuck at a register.
Mobile Order for Pickup is available at select locations through the Disneyland Resort app. After you join the virtual queue and get called back, you place your order, a team assembles your products, and you get a notification when it's ready. Discounts are applied automatically, and a digital receipt is emailed to you.
Merchandise Mobile Checkout lets you scan item barcodes to build a virtual shopping bag, then pay right in the Disneyland Resort app. Show the QR code confirmation to a cast member as you exit, and your digital receipt is emailed automatically.
The one spot with physical registers is The Walt Disney Company PIN Store, specifically for pin frame sales.
If you can't attend — or you strike out on a sold-out item — some merchandise comes back online. Starting Monday, August 17 at 8 a.m. PST, select items sold at the D23 Marketplace and the Disney Store booth will be available while supplies last at DisneyStore.com/d23-event/.
